Customer Services Manager

Job Description
  • Provide a full range of customer services and build up strong relationship with customer
  • Evaluate and provide appropriate solution and recommendation to our customer
  • Lead the Customer Services and Telesales team
Job Requirements
  • Degree holder with proven customer services experience in telecommunication field
  • At lease 5 years experience include at lease 2 years in supervisor level
  • Good business sense and excellent interpersonal skill
  • Analytical mind and strong problem solving skills.
  • Good command of English and Cantonese, Mandarin is plus
